📅 Return Period
You may request a return within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to process your request.
✅ Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be included.

Tags, safety seals, and hygienic protectors must be intact.
📦 Important: Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used makeup, skincare, or personal care items, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
🚚 How to Request a Return

Email us at neasshopcs@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

We’ll reply with instructions if your request is approved.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
🧴 Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Gift cards or custom/personalized orders
If you're unsure whether your product qualifies, feel free to reach out before initiating a return.
🔄 Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original product and placing a new order once the return is approved.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
